Enhancing the Palette of Creation Tools
New technologies have changed the way music is composed, and home studios are now the norm for many musicians. Numerous Computer Music programs have contributed to this change, programs that are constantly bringing together new functionalities in order to offer a host of rich and complete creation tools.
As part of this process, our client called on the expertise of IRCAM and the “Sound Analysis and Synthesis” laboratory (IRCAM, CNRS, Sorbonne University, Ministry of Culture) to create two new programs that push the boundaries of the functionalities available for music creation.
For the first program, our client has chosen to implement IRCAM’s granular synthesis technology. The second program features the Time Stretch technology .
These two technologies are derived from the SuperVP technology engine.
